I am a female artist and have lived on the west coast of British Columbia all my life. I have worked in various media, primarily as a painter, but for the last five years have concentrated on large scale metal relief sculpture, using heavy gauge copper and brass sheets.

My work is finely detailed and thoroughly planished so that when completed, the pieces are as impervious to pressure as car metal. It is labour intensive work and consequently a sculpture requires several months to finish. I can make reliefs up to eight feet long and three feet wide out of one sheet of copper or brass.
